The Invisalign system consists of clear aligners that transform smiles and lives. Invisalign help hundreds of thousands of patients each year feel more positive and comfortable in their radiant smile. It helps patients feel more confident about their smile because they don’t have to hide it due to braces!
How does Invisalign work?
The Invisalign treatment involves certain steps to give you your picture-perfect smile. Initially, the doctor must examine your bite to determine what needs to be changed and/or corrected. Then, impressions are taken and a 3D model is shown of the final result. Impressions are sent out to the lab, and once they are delivered back to the office the doctor will fit you to your first set of aligners. You will be given three sets of aligners that are changed biweekly at home. You will see the doctor every 6 weeks to measure your progress and be given your next set of trays. Your doctor will keep you updated and ensure you that you are staying on course.
